Taking small steps towards the success

Setting the goal is easy any one can do that by looking to any great thing on the internet. But understanding what you actually want to do in life and what is actually is feasible. Then assume you done setting your goal which sound goods and pretty much under our reach if just work very hard. Now start the actually the hard part of achieving goals for which we need to do the work every day. Wake up , work , sleep repeat,  wake up , work , sleep repeat, wake up , work , sleep repeat, wake up , work , sleep repeat, wake up , work , sleep repeat, wake up , work , sleep repeat, wake up , work , sleep even writing this don't feel good to me. As we discussed in the previous post that this process for starter is not so rewarding in nature. Which brings us to todays topic which is taking small steps towards the goal. We don't have to think about the entire day in entirety rather than we should chunk it down into smaller pieces for making it much easy. Its pretty much we do in the gym w

Why push for greatness when it hurts


 We start to push for greatness which means we need to study for hours, workout in gym, do running and eat not so tasty food for a long duration of time. 

After doing these things for some day you start to ask your self why you started all of this journey anyways. For most of the people we start this journey due to the fact that we face massive pain in past which push us for the greatness.


But if we faced pain in past and we are planning to get pain in future due to our pursue then question arise why care. We just simply watch something on Netflix, porn, eat some tasty stuff which will give us that happiness which we crave so much. But I think that's the problem with us that the happiness in society is so simple to get that working hard does not feel rewarding.

But listen me on this what if we just somehow just maintain our discipline for a certain period of time and the reward of our hard work give us the pleasure we crave. Once we completed this cycle few time then this will convert into a habit which will continue itself and the thinks we are doing right now will not fell painful and hard at all.
